Robbers Cave State Park is a true escape back to nature! Hidden in the Sans Bois Mountains near McAlester, Oklahoma. A favorite destination for rappelling enthusiasts, cave explorers, equestrians and outdoor lovers. Robbers Cave State Park enjoys the notoriety as one of the legendary hideouts for Jesse James and Belle Starr.

The 8,246 acre park includes 20 miles of hiking trails, more than 70 miles of equestrian trails and riding stables, a nature center, meeting rooms, an amphitheater, mini golf, paddle boat and canoe rentals, a snow cone stand, gift shop and grocery store. Robbers Cave State Park offers activities throughout the year, including; hayrides, cave tours, canoe tours, guided hikes, cane pole fishing and much much more (some activities are seasonally based – like canoe tours). Lodging includes 26 cabins and a 20 room lodge, 2 group camps, 3 RV campgrounds and numerous tent camping sites.
